Overview
BoostFlow is a digital promotion service. All purchases grant immediate access to digital deliverables (promotion campaigns, reach packages, analytics access, or subscription features). Because the service begins at the moment of purchase, specific conditions apply to refunds as outlined below.
No Right of Withdrawal for Delivered Digital Services
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services that have already been fully or partially delivered, where delivery began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase on BoostFlow, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.
When a Refund May Be Granted
We do not offer refunds as a matter of course, but we will issue one in the following circumstances:
1.Service not delivered
If your campaign or package was never activated and no work was performed on your account, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
2. Technical failure on our side
If a verifiable error on BoostFlow's infrastructure prevented the service from being delivered in any meaningful way, we will either re-deliver the service or issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Duplicate charge
If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
4. Service materially different from description
If the service you received was materially and demonstrably different from what was described on the purchase page at the time of sale, contact us with evidence and we will review.
What Is Not Refundable
- Services where delivery has commenced and results have been partially or fully delivered
- Dissatisfaction with organic results (e.g. engagement rates, reach outcomes) that fall within normal variation
- Purchases made in error after the service has been activated
- Subscription renewals where notice of cancellation was not given before the renewal date
- Accounts suspended or restricted due to violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Email us at boostflow@support.be with:
- Your order number or account email
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
We will respond within **2 business days**. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within **5–10 business days**, depending on your payment provider.
